You get a full refund any time before your site goes live. Once it's live, the payment is non-refundable.
Care plan ($120/year)
- It never renews automatically.
- Cancel any time by email.
- It stays active until the end of the paid year, with no refund for unused time.
Questions or a problem with a charge
Email [email protected] before disputing it. I reply within 2 business days.
Payments and refunds are handled by Stripe. I never see your card details.
